The invention relates to a device for providing baking and baking additives in predetermined quantities, with storage containers, each of which a discharge device for substance delivery listened to a conveyor, with a weighing device and with a control device which the discharge depending on the measured weight in terms of Discharge of each set amounts.
Such devices are used in bakeries and bakeries to provide the defined constituent amounts of a baking mix. The individual baking and baking additives are housed in separate storage containers and are conveyed according to the prior art via a common conveyor belt in a collection mixing container. Weighing is done in the prior art such that the conveyor is equipped with a weighing device. With such devices, the individual components, each by itself, are introduced into the mixing container one after the other, the discharge devices being controlled by the control device such that the desired or required quantity is always dispensed from the respective storage container onto the conveyor, in particular a conveyor belt , It is disadvantageous in such devices, in particular, that always only one component of the baking or baking additives can be discharged and weighed and introduced into the mixing container. Only after the respective component has been introduced into the mixing container can be moved with the next component in the same way. In addition, there is a non-diminishing dust load when discharging the baking and baking additives on the conveyor. Especially with very fine baking and baking additives, this leads to contamination of the device and system or to a loss of baking agents.
Based on a device of the pre-described type, the invention has for its object to avoid the pre-marked deficiencies and to provide a device for providing baking and baking additives that can provide all components in the desired amount in a very short time and preferably only one causes particularly low dust pollution.
The invention solves this problem in that each reservoir at least one weight sensor, in particular three weight sensors, is assigned and provided in the transfer area of the discharge and conveyor dust extraction.
In order that at least one weight sensor is associated with each storage container, it is possible to control the discharge device of each storage container at the same time and to discharge the required baking and baking additives simultaneously onto the conveyor, in particular a conveyor belt. With the conveyor belt, the individual substances are fed in a known manner to a further processing, in particular a transfer or mixing container. Thus, within a very short time a desired baking mix can be prepared and prepared ready mixed. In particular, three weight sensors are provided per reservoir, the reservoir is thus based on a three-point suspension on a common device frame, so can the weight of reservoir and ingredients determine very accurate and störungsunanfällig. An exact control of the discharge to the conveyor is thus possible. If the device is to cause the least possible dust load or to reduce the "shrinkage" of baking additives in the area of the transfer, it is advisable to provide a dust extraction in the transfer area of discharge device and conveying device.
In this context, it is advantageous if the storage container has a storage chamber which is closed via a filter to a vacuum conveying device. For example, ambient air can be sucked through the discharge device into the storage container with this vacuum conveying device, which is intended to cause reservoir contents to be fluidized in order to prevent the substances from sticking in the container. This also causes the substances can be discharged from the reservoir as best as possible. In order to avoid that the baking or baking additives of the respective container are sucked from the vacuum conveyor, the storage chamber is closed in particular upwards with a filter which retains all substances in the storage containers. To clean the filter, the conveying direction of the vacuum conveyor can be reversed for a short time and blown out of the filter or be cleaned via pressure surges. In particular, in order to avoid laying of the filter and to have the largest possible filter surface available, it is recommended that the filter reservoir oberseitg the storage chamber is arranged at least almost completely covering in the storage chamber. Structurally, the storage chamber is closed at the top with a lid and the filter is arranged in the region of the parting plane of the reservoir and lid.
Particularly simple conditions arise when the storage chambers are connected to a common vacuum line, which opens via stubs and valves in the pantry above the filter. The valves may be control valves or simply switching valves. Likewise, pressure control valves may be provided, which allow the introduced into the respective reservoir pressure depending on the container contents.
The shrinkage due to the extraction can be kept particularly low, in particular, by virtue of the fact that the dust extraction system comprises a suction line which opens out in the transfer region from the discharge device and delivery device and opens into the storage chamber at the bottom of the filter. If the storage chamber is subjected to negative pressure, this negative pressure draws back the dust that has accumulated in the transfer area through the suction line into the associated storage container. The dust can not evaporate thus and remains for another 4/13 4
Use available. The filter avoids an extraction of the dust by the vacuum conveyor. To fill the storage container, the suction line can be connected to a, preferably funnel-shaped, feed container. The vacuum conveyor then promotes the respective substance in the reservoir via the suction line. Even so, an excessive dust pollution, as happens for example when filling sacks in the reservoir, avoided.
The conveyor, in particular the conveyor belt may belong to a weighing device. This weighing device serves to control the weight sensors associated with the storage containers. In the event of deviations, any defects can be directly deduced, which reduces the time resulting from production losses.
To improve the dust extraction, it is recommended to provide a cover at least in the transfer area of the discharge and conveyor, to which the dust extraction is connected. This cover can completely cover the conveyor.
In order to avoid excessive filter load during extraction or when filling the reservoir, it may be advantageous to provide above the mouth of the suction line in the storage chamber below the filter a pointing against the container bottom baffle.

A device according to the invention for the provision of baking and baking additives in predetermined amounts comprises a plurality of storage containers 1. Each storage container 1 includes a discharge device 2, a discharge screw, for delivering material to a conveyor 3, a conveyor belt. In addition, various weighing sensors, weight sensors 4, are provided. Not shown in detail is a control device which controls the discharge 2 depending on the measured weight in the sense of a discharge of predetermined amounts of baking and baking additives on the conveyor 3. According to the invention, at least one weight sensor 4 belongs to each storage container 1. In the present embodiment, each reservoir 1 three weight sensors 4 are provided to allow a cleaner measurement of the total container weight at any time. In addition, a dust extraction 5 is provided in the transfer area of the discharge device 2 and conveyor 3.
Each storage container 1 has a storage chamber 6, which is connected via a filter 7 to a vacuum conveyor 8, a mammalian pump. The filter 7 are reservoir upper side, the respective storage chamber 6 at least almost completely covering, in the storage chamber 6, in particular in a storage chamber cover 9, respectively. All storage chambers 6 are connected to a common vacuum line 10, which opens the respective storage chamber 6 above the filter 7 via stubs 11 and valves 12.
The accumulation unit 5 comprises a suction line 13 which opens out in the transfer area of the discharge device 2 and the conveyor 3 and at the other end opens into the storage chamber 6 below the filter 7. To this suction line 13 can alternately be connected to a suction pipe, for example, simply a hose change takes place or a separate coupling is provided. The suction line 13 can thus also be connected to a preferably funnel-shaped charging container 14 for filling the storage container 6. In particular, Fig. 3 it can be seen that at one of the suction lines, the third suction line from the left, a hose 15 for feeding the reservoir 6 is connected to the charging container 14. 6/13 6
The conveyor 3 also includes a weighing device comprising various weighing sensors. In addition, the cover 16 is provided in the transfer area of discharge 2 and conveyor 3, to which the dust extraction 5 is connected. The cover 16 covers the conveyor belt at least almost completely. Above the junction of the suction line 13 into the storage chamber 6 and below the filter 7, a guide plate 17 pointing towards the container bottom is provided. 7.13
